It's always pre-season for something!
Souperfit is pleased to offer our 6 week training session to help middle and high school athletes train and prepare
for the upcoming winter sports season.
Our summer camp athletes are out there right now becoming standouts on their school's fall sports teams, but we can't
just relax and watch them beat up on the competition. We have to get a whole new crop of athletes ready to dominate
the next sports season.
What we'll be working on:
- Explosive Power
- Speed & Agility
- Balance & Flexibility
- Hand-eye coordination
- Stamina
- Digging Deep!-Mental toughness & Confidence
- Proper nutrition & exercise technique

We'll be meeting twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5pm at Delcastle Recreational Center on McKennan's
Church Road on the following dates:
October 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th
November 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th 17th, 19th
