Our Program
So how do we do it? Our program focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, & agility through fun activities
and exercises. Some of the activities we employ are:
- Dynamic & static stretching
- Calisthenics
- Core strength exercises
- Balancing activities
- Agility drills
- Modified Yoga
- Hand-eye coordination activities
- Age appropriate functional & whole body strength activities

Souperfit wants to be able to reach as many kids as possible and get them hooked on physical activity now!

We want to know your availability and based on the responses we get over the next few weeks, we will
determine which days of the week, what times, and what locations Souperfit Kids will be offered.

We are planning on offering a 6 week session that meets twice a week for 1 & ½ hours at a time.
We anticipate the first session to cost approximately $100, to start sometime in early September
and to finish in mid October. Additional sessions will be announced as demand dictates. Dates,
times, and Wilmington area locations will be determined soon, hopefully with your input!
