Souperfit is partnering with the Blue Chip Football Camp!
Souperfit will be working with the crew from Blue Chip July 12th-15th. We are psyched to be working with such an established camp and it's all-star staff.

Souperfit works with Russ's Electric!
Russ's electric is a 10-12 year old baseball team from Coach Campbell's hometown of Pennsville NJ. We worked out hard twice a week during February & March to get ready for the season. There were always at least 10 athletes doing whatever we asked them to and they had a smile on their face the whole time! The coaching staff gave up their time to be there and help out-we couln't have done it without them!
You guys are awesome! Good luck with the season!

Coach K & C finished the Hat Run for the 5th & 4th time. Why? 26 just isn't enough.

Forwood Training Session postponed due to snow
The Spring Tune-Up scheduled to begin tonight at Forwood Elementary has been postponed due to record snowfall. We'll have to wait and see for Wednesday but if school gets cancelled, so will our session.
Now get out there and shovel for mom & dad!

Souperfit helps McKean Boys Basketball slam dunk the pre-season!
We had the awesome opportunity to condition a great bunch of guys for six weeks leading up to the start of the '09-'10 season. They worked their collective tails off and we couldn't be more proud. Look out Blue Hen Conference!
